These terms govern your use of the ScrollPass iOS application, operated by Caio Medeiros ("we", "us"). By downloading or using ScrollPass you agree to them.
ScrollPass uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) frameworks to block apps and websites you choose, and unlocks usage time in exchange for physical activity measured by your device's sensors. It is a self-management tool: you configure which apps are guarded and you can stop using the service at any time.
ScrollPass encourages physical activity (walking, squats, push-ups, workouts). It is not medical advice. Exercise at your own risk, within your own physical limits, and consult a professional if you have any condition that could make exercise unsafe. Stop any exercise that causes pain.
The earning rules (exchange rates, daily caps, verification) are part of the product design and may be adjusted in app updates to keep the system fair and functional. Attempting to defeat activity verification is contrary to the purpose of the app — and mostly defeats you.
ScrollPass is provided "as is". App and website blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time frameworks and their platform limitations; we do not guarantee that blocking is impossible to circumvent (e.g. via iOS Settings). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the app.
ScrollPass, its design, brand and content are our property. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices.
We may update these terms; material changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
